I saw this recipe for carrots on an episode of Sandra’s Money Saving Meals and made it for part of Thanksgiving. The dish was easy to make and turned out nicely. I’ll add that they tasted even better a day later.

I tried a different concept this year for our cranberry sauce and for the most part am happy with it. I like to make it the night before so it is well chilled/set up.
