Natural Health Magazine

I recently received a copy of Natural Health Magazine in the mail. I had seen the magazine before, at natural food grocery stores and co-ops but had not picked up an issue. Wandering through the just out September/October 2011 issue (see above photo) was an article (starts on page 63) on Farm to Table recipes from chefs around the US whose restaurants practice “farm-to-table” which…ooh…includes an amazing recipe for Ice Wine Ice Cream from Trellis, a wonderful restaurant not far from here. Oh wow! If you love foodie cooking the article is worth picking up the issue.
