Raisin and Walnut Oatmeal

Raisin and Walnut Oatmeal


  • 2 cups original almond milk
  • 4 ounce tub unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar


Add everything through the oats to a medium heavy saucepan, bring to a boil. Turn to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Take off the heat and stir in the walnuts, divide between two bowls. Top with the brown sugar and let melt in.

Serves 2.




  1. I need to start adding more oatmeal into my breakfast selection. The ones you make look & sound so yummy!
